This week, your dealership, along with 138 others, will help pack 2,300 Nurse Appreciation kits benefiting 56 hospitals across the United States. These kits are a heartfelt way to recognize the extraordinary dedication nurses show each day as they care for and support our communities.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
1. You will need a large, clean work area for this activity. Please remove all personal items.
2. It is extremely important that you do NOT add anything to the Nurse Appreciation kit other than what is provided to you in the plastic supply bag. This is for the safety of the recipient.
02: CONVENIENCE BAG
To support nurses during their
long hospital shifts, please assemble a convenience
bag including mouthwash, lotion,
lip balm, toothbrush, toothbrush,
and notebook to help them stay refreshed and organized.
03: FILL THE BAG!
01: ORGANIZE YOUR SUPPLIES
Organize your supplies on the table. Remove tissue paper/silica gel packs (if any) from inside the tote bag.
04: NOTE CARD
Locate the note card and write an encouraging message.
Add the note card to the inside of the tote bag. We provided sample language, but feel
free to get creative with your message!
05: BAG TAG
-Find the plastic bag tag and the “This Bag
Belongs To” label. Attach the label to the front of the bag tag.
-Next, find the “From all of us at” label and apply it to the back of the bag tag.
-Insert the clear circular loop into the slot on the plastic bag tag. Then bring one side of the
loop through the other and pull.
-In the same manner, attach the tag to the front handle on the tote bag.
06: TAKE PICTURES
We're creating a compilation video for your nationwide event! Please email a photo or video of you or your team with the completed Nurse Appreciation kit to photos@cheeriodicals.com. Please include your dealership name and location.
07: PACKING UP
Your ambassador will handle the hospital delivery logistics. In the meantime, please place all completed kits back into the brown shipping box your supplies arrived in and store them there until your scheduled delivery.
